About Dollex Agrotech
An integrated agri-energy platform built around a single, scaling Datia operation.
Founded in 2013 and listed in 2022, Dollex operates a 2,500 TCD sugar mill, a 3 MW co-generation plant and is building a 200 KLPD distillery — all on one campus in the Bundelkhand belt of Madhya Pradesh.
Our story
From a private trading company to a listed integrated mill.
Dollex Agrotech Limited was incorporated on 10 June 2013 as a private limited company, originally as a homegrown enterprise specialising in sugar trading. In 2017, the promoter decided to build forward into manufacturing — and the 2500 TCD integrated unit at Village Erai, in the Datia district of Madhya Pradesh, was commissioned the following year.
The company was converted to a public limited entity on 20 May 2022 and listed on the NSE SME platform on 28 December 2022, under the symbol DOLLEX. Today, the same operating footprint supports three reinforcing businesses — sugar, co-generation and an upcoming distillery — with a Rights Issue in market to fund the next phase of build-out.
